Shipping and delivery of a product or an order depends on the product from manufacturer, inventory, customer location, Government Guidelines (In case of lockdown or curfew) and mode of shipment.

In General, we ship a product within 7-8 days us (in some cases same day as well) after 100% payment has been made and all the required documents have been provided to, however, the customer may contact our customer care before or after placing an order and confirm expected shipment and delivery time. Some items might require documents, it is requested to you to provide all the documents before making the payment so that we can provide you fast and convenient service.

Provided, in case of non-availability of product due to any reason whatsoever, the same may be intimated to the customer and accordingly expected time of dispatch and delivery of product will also be informed.
