Cancellation Policy

We thank you for your purchase with us. We make every effort to serve the orders placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. For the cancellation and refund policy our following terms and conditions shall be applicable:

Cancellation before Shipment:

The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:

  1. Upon customer’s request.
  2. The specific product/model is out of stock, however, in case we receiver an assent (either telephonic or in writing) from the customer in regard to delivery of order upon availability then such order may not be cancelled.
  3. The shipping address is not serviceable.
  4. Any other reason or exigency rendering delivery of product not possible within speculated time.

Refund Process

If order is cancelled upon request of the customer a credit note will be issued on basis of which any product may be purchased by such customer in future. The credit note issued shall be non-transferable.

In cancellation of order before shipment due to any reason other than the reason mention at no. 1 the customer shall have option of receiving 100% refund or credit note equivalent to the amount paid by him.

Cancellation post shipment:

The orders may be cancelled post shipment delivery due to any of the following reasons:
  1. Established manufacturing defect in the product which we are not able to either replace or repair.
  2. Correct product could not be delivered.
  3. Shipping address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available.
  4. Customer refuses to accept the delivery, refund in any form, either by payback or by credit note, shall not be applicable in case of personalized or customized products.

Conditions:

  1. Cancellation of order post-shipment shall be applicable only if the above said reasons are intimated by the customer to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery of product to the customer.
  2. The Product must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of delivery of product to the customer. The refund shall be processed only after the product has been received at the office of Mangla Sports and Associates.
  3. In case the return courier tracking number is not intimated to customer support team within 48 hours of the delivery of such product to the customer, such order shall not be eligible for refund.
  4. The order returned must accompany all the accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order else the cost of the accessories shall be deducted from the refund amount.
  5. Mangla Sports and Associates reserve all the rights to refuse the refund in case the product is damaged, altered, tampered, missing items or otherwise used.
  6. Mangla Sports and Associates reserve all the rights to refuse the refund in case the product is completely broken and unusable or with scratches or incomplete without original packaging.
  7. Except for the reason at no.5, in case of cancellation of order it will be option of the customer to receive refund either by payback or by credit note, however if the order is cancelled due to reason at no. 3 refund shall be issued by credit note only after deducting the amount of return courier charges and order processing charges.

Refund Process:

  1. Please connect with our customer care via email or call.
  2. The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange.
  3. Ensure to collect the return address from customer care.
  4. Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address.
  5. Follow the instructions of customer care carefully for packaging and returning the product using courier services.
  6. Refund will be processed within 7 days after the product has been received by Mangla Sports and Associates. Mode of refund applicable will be informed by our customer care team to you.
